I’m delighted to endorse Kim Healy, Republican candidate for State Representative for the 42nd legislative district. That district includes much of the northwest area of New Canaan, as well as Wilton and a portion of Ridgefield.
Kim has served since 2021 as Selectman in the Town of Wilton, which mean she’ll bring to Hartford an impressive depth of knowledge and experience about local issues. For many years she also has kept current on New Canaan’s priorities by attending community forums here. Kim always does her homework and has an insatiable appetite for both the major themes and the nitty-gritty details of local government. She is a CPA with major accounting firm experience, he understands and is an articulate speaker on a wide range of public public policy issue. Most of all, she is–to me–on the right side of every major issue that Connecticut residents face.
