Kami Evans receives Endorsement

PRESS RELEASE

Kami Evans, Republican candidate for State Senate in District 26, is excited to announce two significant milestones in her campaign. Evans has officially secured the Independent Party’s cross-endorsement, a considerable achievement that underscores her commitment to leadership that resonates across party lines. This endorsement reflects the shared values of the diverse communities within District 26, spanning Westport, Wilton, Redding, Ridgefield, Weston, New Canaan, Darien, and portions of Stamford.

In addition to this endorsement, Evans’ campaign reached a critical milestone by achieving the funding goals required for the Citizens’ Election Program (CEP) Grant. This grant ensures that Evans’ campaign will be fully funded and competitive, allowing her to reach every voter in District 26 effectively.

“Securing the CEP Grant is a game-changer for our campaign,” Evans stated. “This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of the RTCs across District 26 and all of you who have rallied behind our vision for a better Connecticut.”

With these significant accomplishments, Evans is committed to keeping the momentum going. She will be hosting several coffee mornings across the district to engage directly with constituents, discuss vital issues, and chart the future for District 26 together.

Furthermore, the campaign organizes a district-wide effort to distribute signs throughout all communities. “Displaying a sign is a simple yet impactful way to show support and signal that our district is ready for strong, effective representation in the State Senate,” Evans noted.

Evans encourages all supporters to get involved by hosting a coffee morning or displaying a campaign sign. “Together, we are making a significant impact, and I am honored to have you by my side on this journey,” she said.
