The New Canaan YMCA’s Rainbow Station Preschool Class of 2024 celebrated its graduation on Friday, June 7. Before receiving their diplomas, the graduates performed songs they had learned throughout the school year with their parents and loved ones. Cathy McClure, Childcare Director at the Y shared, “We are so proud of every one of our graduates, it has been a pleasure watching them learn, grow, and thrive throughout their time at Rainbow Station. Their teachers and I wish them all the best in kindergarten and beyond!”
The Y’s Rainbow Station Infant-Preschool program is a full-day childcare program for children ages six weeks through five years of age. Providing a safe, nurturing environment, the program features play-based learning and age-appropriate activities designed for children to develop at their own pace while honing social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and creative skills.
