I am writing to express my endorsement of the Republican BOE candidates, Hugo Alves, Matt Wexler, Matt Campbell and Lara Kelly. As a concerned parent and an engaged member of our local educational system, I firmly believe that these candidates are the right choice to lead our school district in a direction that places academics and family involvement at the forefront.
In recent years, the importance of a strong academic foundation has become even more evident. With the ever-changing landscape of education and the challenges posed by the global economy, our students deserve nothing less than a board that is committed to ensuring academic excellence. I trust these four to lead New Canaan towards that goal. Their commitment to improving student performance is unwavering.
Furthermore, one of the most promising aspects of the Republican candidates’ platform is their dedication to incorporating families into their children’s education. It is crucial that parents are actively involved in the educational process, as this partnership between home and school can significantly enhance a student’s overall learning experience.
In conclusion, I urge our community to support the Republican candidates for the Board of Education in the upcoming election.
