Schoolhouse Apartments, a 41-unit apartment community for low income seniors in central New Canaan, received its long-awaited new elevator on Oct. 11, 2023. First Selectman Kevin Moynihan was on hand for the ribbon cutting, along with Schoolhouse Apartments board president Brien Hollstein and residents.
