The 7th Annual Community Addiction Awareness Vigil is organized by the New Canaan Parent Support Group. The event was held on Aug. 30 and featured music and testimonials from addiction survivors who are in recovery.

Caption: Students from New Canaan High School wear shirts supporting the vigil with the wording “the new reality.” The shirts indicate they have signed a “sober pledge” called The Ram Council, swearing off drinking or doing drugs.
